Let's focus on your breathing, this is true Vinyasa Class, you flow with your breathe, and connect with you body with breathe. 60~70% of class time is continuous movement to create body heat and strength/improve your muscles/spine/joints, and remaining time focuses on Yin energy to cool down to prepare for relaxation, class ends with nice relaxation time. There is no music, just sound of breath, enjoy beauty of quietness.

This is a great class for destress, recovering for injury and/or illness.
All poses are supported by props, and the sequences are to create healthier spine by moving spine in all directions, which leads to better posture, quality of breathe, and most of all deep relaxation. You will feel relax and rejuvenated. Class is limit for 10 people, e-mail me to secure your spot.
